    1. Visit your nearest bank branch.

    2. Carry your Aadhaar or e-Aadhaar card with you.

    3. Request and fill out the Aadhaar card link with Bank account form.

    4. Attach a copy of your Aadhaar card with the form.

    5. The branch staff will verify your details and process the Aadhaar linking.
