Thereafter, the name of Company changed to Denta Water and Infra Solutions Private Limited' and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated July 31, 2023, was issued by the Registrar of Company, at Bangalore. Later on, Company got converted from a Private Limited to Public Limited and the name of Company was changed to Denta Water and Infra Solutions Limited' vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated September 12, 2023 issued by the RoC to Company.
