Please be informed that pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Reg 2015 as amended from time to time and in Companys Code of Conduct for fair disclosure of unpublished price sensitive information and trading in listed securities as amended from time to time the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from January 01 2025 till 48 hours after the announcement/ declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the third quarter ended December 31 2024. The date of meeting of the Board of Directors for consideration and approval of unaudited financial results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for third quarter ended December 31 2024 shall be intimated in due course.
