The Hi-Tech Gears Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/02/2025 inter alia to consider and approve Dear Sir/Madam NOTICE is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday February 13 2025 to consider inter-alia the following: i) To consider & approve the Un-audited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial Results of the Company for the 3rd quarter and nine months ended on December 31 2024. ii) Any other matter with the consent of the Chair and other Directors present. Further with reference to our letter dated December 23 2024 pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015 the Trading Window of the Company has been closed from Wednesday January 01 2025 and shall remain closed till the closing hours of Saturday February 15 2025 (Both days inclusive).
