Consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the Third Quarter ended on 31st December 2024. b. Appointment of Mr. Sivaiah Palla as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company. c. To give authorization to Mr. Venkat Manohar Dontamsetti Managing Director of the Company for agreement of sale / development / sale of pats of property of the company d.
