Dear Sir In reference to the clarification regarding trading restriction period issue by BSE Limited vide its letter reference No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2 April 2019 and as per the company code of internal procedure and conduct for regulating monitoring and reporting trading by insiders the trading window for trading in the securities of the company will remail close with effect i.e. From Wednesday 1 January 2025 and shall be reopen after expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Result for the third quarter ended 31 December 2024.

Dear Sir Pursuant to Regulation 30 Of SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015 We wish to inform you that the BSE Limited vide their email dated 13 December 2024 impose a fine of Rs. 11800 including GST for delay in providing prior intimation Board Meeting of the company Held on 11 November 2024 As required under Regulation 29 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015 In response of said email the company has sent of clarification email on 14 December 2024.
