Pursuant to the provisions of regulation 31(4) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares Takeover) Regulation 2011 we hereby declre that we (Promoter and promoter group) held 1620990 number of equity shares of Rex Sealing and Packing Industries Limited as on December 31 2024. We have not made any encumbrances of shares directly or indirectly during the period ended December 31 2024 other than those equity shares for which disclosure is already made as and when required.

Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI LODR 2015 read with SEBI circulars and BSE circular and notices issued thereunder regarding financial results the financial results shall be submitted on half yearly basis (half year ended September and March ) instead of on quarterly basis. As Company is listed in the SME BSE exchange the requirement for publishing quarterly results for the quarter ended December 31 2024 is not applicable. We hereby state that there are no defaults on payment of interest / repayment of principal amount on loans from Banks / Financial Institutions and unlisted debt securities.
