Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of SEBI (PIT) Reg. 2015 and Companys Code of Conduct for Regulating Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from January 01 2025 till 48 hours from the public announcement through Board of Directors in their Meeting held for announcing the Unaudited Financial Result for the 3rd Quarter and Nine Months Ended on December 31 2024 along with other matters for which trading window is required to be closed. the Board date to approve the Unaudited Financial Result of the Company for the 3rd Quarter and Nine Months Ended on December 31 2024 will be informed in due course. All Promoters/ designated/connected persons are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
