We wish to inform that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Co. shall be closed for Designated person including Persons viz. Directors Promoters KMPs Designated Employees and Connected persons including immediate relatives of such DPs of the Co. from 01.01.2025 till the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Co. for the qtr ended on 31.12.2024 and 48 hours thereafter. Pursuant to SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2023/124 dated 19.07.2023 Co. is required to give prior intimation to designated depository appointed by the Co. i.e. CDSL at least 2 trading days prior to commencement of the trading window through online mechanism. All the Promoter and Promoter group Directors KMPs DPs/Employees Connected Persons of the Co. and their immediate relatives are advised not to deal in the shares of the Co. either directly or indirectly during the aforesaid period and the PAN will be freezed by the CDSL specifically for companies share.
