Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held today i.e. 06th February 2025 have inter alia approved the following matters: 1. Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and Nine Months ended on 31st December 2024 along with the Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors.

Please find enclosed herewith the Unaudited Standalone Financial results for the quarter and Nine months ended 31st December 2024 along with the Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors on Unaudited Financial Results. The Said results have been approved by the Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held today i.e. Thursday 06th February 2025.
