In compliance to Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR it is to inform that NHPC Limited has raised 2489 Crore on 27.01.2025 through Unsecured Redeemable Non-Convertible Non-Cumulative and Taxable 7.20% AE Series Bonds 2035 on private placement basis. The details in respect of issue is given in the attached letter.

In continuation of our letters dated 03.01.2025 and 10.01.2025 and compliance to Reg. 30 of SEBI LODR it is to inform that certified copy of Order of MCA conveying sanction of Central Govt. to the Scheme of Amalgamation between Lanco Teesta Hydro Power Limited (Transferor Company) and NHPC Limited (Transferee Company) from 01.04.2022 being appointed date has been filed electronically with the concerned Registrar of Companies by the Transferor Company and Transferee Company on 27.01.2025. The other details are given in the attached letter.
