The Trading Window for all the designated persons defined in the Code inter alia for the purpose of taking on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 31st December 2024 in terms of the provision of SEBI (Probhition of Insider Trading) Regultion 2015 and Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company shall remain closed for dealing in shares of the Company from Wednesday January 01 2025 till 48 Hours after the delclaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31 2024. Accordingly all connected persons/designated persons are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window. The date of meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter year ended December 31 2024 will be informed in due course.
