Garware Technical Fibres Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/02/2025 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we inform you that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of Garware Technical Fibres Limited (the Company) will be held on Monday 10th February 2025 inter alia to consider approve and take on record the Standalone & Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December 2024. Please be informed that the Trading Window is already closed from Wednesday 1st January 2025 for the purpose of consideration of Standalone & Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December 2024. The same will be reopened after 48 hours of the submission of outcome of the Board Meeting to the Stock Exchanges.
